Supporting over two decades of experience in the fields of organisation and people development, David has a degree in business and human resource development. He holds an MBA, and a Masters Degree in Professional Ethics.
Hailing from what he refers to as a “humble beginning” in a small country town, David’s passion for delivering exceptional service in a practical and values-driven way has resulted in him holding management and senior management roles in Human Resource Management, People Development and Quality Service. His consulting career was launched when head-hunted by one of Australia’s largest recruitment firms in 1990 to assist in building their human resource consulting function. David Penglase Seminars was launched in 1994 and has since developed into one of Australia’s most successful professional sales coaching, training and conference presentation businesses.
Elizabeth Penglase
Liz is the Client Services Manager for the company (and you've probably worked out that Liz is also David's wife). Liz project manages all of the logistical details to ensure that our clients receive the highest levels of service and value that we can deliver.
Liz holds a degree in Adult Education and was Manager of the State Bank of NSW's Training Projects Section before leaving to 'project manage' the birth of their two sons (Matthew and Anthony).
If you were to ask Liz where her 'home town' was, she would struggle to answer because through her child and teenage years, her father's role in retail banking provided them with the amazing opportunity to live in more than five country towns in a space of eighteen years.
The Family
David, Liz, Matthew and Anthony (and their over-exciteable dog Buddy) now call Sydney Australia home and live on the majestic shores of Kogarah Bay in Sans Souci.
